Getting started
Sign in, select Create new CV, and add accurate contact, experience, education, and skill information. Start with a complete factual record before shortening or tailoring it. Consistent role titles and month-and-year dates make later editing much easier.
Editing your CV
Open My CVs and choose Edit CV. Work through one section at a time, save after meaningful changes, and keep the strongest recent evidence near the top. Duplicate a document before making substantial changes for a different type of role.
Using AI suggestions
Give the assistant real context: your role, action, tools, scope, and result. Review the draft for accuracy and natural voice, remove invented detail, and never include a claim simply because it sounds impressive. You remain responsible for the submitted wording.
Templates and styling
Switch templates without re-entering your career information. Choose a design for reading order and content fit, then adjust the accent color if needed. Review every page after changing styles because spacing and line breaks may change.
Downloading and printing
Select Download from the builder, choose Save as PDF in the browser print window, use A4 paper, and disable browser headers and footers. Open the saved file and check links, page breaks, selectable text, dates, and contact details.
Drafts and privacy
Draft information should contain only what a professional application needs. Do not enter passwords, banking details, government identification numbers, confidential client information, or employer trade secrets. Sign out on shared devices and review the privacy page for current handling details.
